Using the assessment
The Wise Five assessment is provided for educational and informational purposes. Your result indicates where you sit on the Atheni Scale at the moment you take the quiz; it is not a professional qualification, certification, or formal credential.
- You agree to answer honestly so the result is useful to you.
- You may take the assessment as many times as you like.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, automate, scrape or reverse-engineer the assessment.
Accounts and signatures
When you sign the Wise Five Manifesto or submit your details, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to give it. We may remove signatures or content that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive or in breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including the Atheni Scale, the TEA framework, the Wise Five name, logo, and the illustrations — is owned by Atheni Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may share your individual result, link to public Wise Five pages, and quote brief extracts for non-commercial comment, criticism or review with attribution.
You may not reproduce the assessment itself, the archetype descriptions, or substantial parts of the Service for commercial use without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your data-protection rights.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the assessment useful and the website running, we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your result will be suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial or professional advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
